I’ve loved math since I was a kid, but I don’t think I really understood what it was until I started studying pure math in college. School had been pretty easy for me, so when things got harder, I realized the traditional ways of teaching weren’t really working for me anymore. I found myself getting lost in long lectures and chalkboards full of formulas.
I need to see math to understand it. You could call me a visual thinker. Back then, the resources I found online were a huge help, and they’ve had a big influence on what I make today.
Now I teach math using visual explanations, animations, and interactive tools that I create. Most of my ideas come from the things my students get stuck on and things I struggled with myself back then.
